My name is Lindsay (hi!) I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2013. I am in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and am a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario.
I also hold an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics (Movement Science) from the University of Windsor.
Thanks to my amazing clients and colleagues, I have gained tremendous experience in several ancillary healthcare settings. Prior to being an RMT, I worked as a Kinesiologist and student Kinesiologist for about 10 years in sports medicine clinics, hospitals, Long Term Care facilities, and field-side first-aid and training for multi-level local and international sports teams.
As a Kinesiologist I gained invaluable experience working with medically specialized populations, such as orthopaedic and neurological injury rehabilitation, soft tissue sports injuries and repetitive strain injuries, cardiac and stroke rehabilitation, amputation and joint replacement rehabilitation and lifestyle management.
When I decided to shift gears to Registered Massage Therapy I was eager to apply my skills from the rehabilitation world and have found immeasurable value in falling back on my body of knowledge and experience from Kinesiology.
As a Registered Massage Therapist I continue to work diligently with an even wider range of clients and conditions, including (but not limited to, and in no particular order):
- — Sprains/Strains
- — Sports-related Injuries
- — Fractures
- — Dislocations
- — De-conditioning

- — Stress management
- — Issues associated with various chronic disease conditions (i.e. diabetes mellitus, Parkinson’s Disease, Hashimoto’s Disease, etc.)
- — Pregnancy (pre- and post-partum)

I’m also a keen traveler, avid nature-walker, animal lover, Super-Mom, and voracious book-reader.
