Two big changes are on the horizon my friends!

As of June 1, 2025 my practice location will move to 4968 King St., Beamsville. I’ll be partnering with Willow Dawn, Lincoln’s most anticipated and premiere metaphysical merchant, to provide the very best, wholistically aligned registered massage therapy service in the region. Our partnership aims to bridge the three essential elements of the soul: mind, body, and spirit.

Secondly, I am emerging from my self-imposed luddite cave and embracing the robot-overlords and their top of the line medical AI scribe software, Heidi Health.

Heidi Health AI scribe is the best medical transcription software I’ve seen so far. It’s so straight forward even *I* seem to be able to figure it out, and that’s saying something!

So, over the next few months I’ll be rolling out the use of this software in my practice. Other than the updated consent form, none of you will notice it. For now I’ll only be using it for transcription of charting notes (what I have to do every time I see you), they are the biggest pain in my ass, so it gets the first cyborg overhaul.

Rest assured your information is, and always will be, completely safe and sound. Every one of my electronic devices are password and/or biometric protected and 2-factor authentication enabled. So trust me, no one’s getting any information from me, and if they did, my unhinged Temu purchases are more than enough to deter any normal person.

Heidi Health is completely PHIPA and PIPEDA compliant (https://www.heidihealth.com/en-ca/compliance/canada), and currently being implemented in all manner of healthcare clinics and facilities across the world.

I get it, you’re still weirded out, computers aren’t perfect, there’s still room for errors; but the buck always stops with me regarding your personal information.
